Parent and child sessions for pre-school children (3-5 years) to learn positive mindfulness and mindset superpowers together in a fun and innovative way.

The earlier that we can teach mindfulness and mindset techniques to children the better! Learning life changing skills through play, stories, music and games.

Understanding that mind, body and emotions are connected. Recognising feelings and emotions and being able to express them. Raising self awareness and communication skills to positively impact confidence, self love and self esteem, mental health and wellbeing.

The sessions are fun, interactive and innovative to ensure that your MiniMes are engaged and enjoy learning to understand, implement and onboard mindfulness and mindset 'Superpowers'.

Lessons with a big impact on young minds and parents as you learn and grow together.

This is a 20 week course - weekly 45 minute sessions - and attendance at ALL sessions is mandatory as demand is high. Failure to show up, will result in your place being offered to the next person on the waiting list.

On their first session, every child will receive a MiniMe Mindfulness® Journal to continue the practices and support at home. Plus a MiniMe Mindfulness T-Shirt & bag, to ensure a sense of belonging and inclusivity during the sessions.
