MiniMe Mindfulness® Class Booking Terms & Conditions
A one-off fee may be charged at the first lesson for a MiniMe Mindfulness® T-shirt, MiniMe Mindfulness® drawstring bag and MiniMe Mindfulness® journal. Please refer to your class description for details. This can be paid at the class by card or cash, or invoiced via a payment link sent to the email address used to make the booking.
Payments will be returned if a class is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
MiniMe Mindfulness® takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and supportive environment for children during sessions. However, participation in activities is at the parent or carer’s discretion and MiniMe Mindfulness® cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss arising from circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
MiniMe Mindfulness® follows safeguarding procedures in line with the schools, venues and safeguarding frameworks within which our sessions operate.
MiniMe Mindfulness® sessions operate as small group wellbeing environments where the safety and wellbeing of all children must be maintained.
Children are expected to follow session rules, including listening to adult direction, remaining within the designated session space and using equipment safely.
Where behaviour results in persistent disruption, unsafe use of equipment, refusal to follow adult direction, leaving the session area without permission, or behaviour that impacts the safety or wellbeing of others, MiniMe Mindfulness® reserves the right to withdraw a child from the group session.
Where this occurs:
• parents/carers will be informed
• the school or venue staff may be involved where sessions take place on their premises
• refunds will not be issued for any remaining sessions
This decision will always be made in line with the MiniMe Mindfulness® Positive Relationships, Behaviour & Emotional Safety Policy and in the interests of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all children.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing info@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes and notify us if this preference changes by emailing info@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
Children should not attend sessions if they have experienced any form of illness within 48 hours prior to the class.
Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
If sessions are cancelled due to severe weather or conditions where travel to or from the venue is not advised, MiniMe Mindfulness® will offer a make-up session where possible, or parents will be refunded.
Parents/carers must ensure children are collected promptly at the end of the session. If a child is repeatedly collected late, MiniMe Mindfulness® reserves the right to withdraw the child from the club to ensure the safe supervision of all children and staff.
If there are any health, physical or emotional considerations that may impact participation in MiniMe Mindfulness® activities (for example closing eyes during meditation or discussions about emotions), please notify us in advance via info@minimemindfulness.co.uk so we can support your child appropriately.
