The earlier that we can teach mindfulness and mindset techniques to children the better! Learning life changing skills through play, stories, music and games.
Understanding that mind, body and emotions are connected. Recognising feelings and being able to express them. Raising self awareness and communication skills to positively impact confidence, self love and self esteem.
We teach in an enjoyable and innovative way to ensure that your MiniMe has lots of fun and you both learn to implement and practice mindfulness and mindset techniques into your daily habits.
