Our weekly MiniMe Mindfulness® Home Ed Session is a fun, nurturing space where children discover their inner superpowers — the skills that help them understand their feelings, build confidence, and navigate the world with calm and courage.

Through play, stories, music, movement, props and games, children learn practical mindfulness and mindset techniques in a way that feels engaging, relatable and age-appropriate.

Each session supports children to recognise emotions, express themselves clearly, and develop positive habits that strengthen self-awareness, communication, self-belief and emotional resilience.

We teach in an enjoyable and innovative way so children are having fun while learning life-changing skills they can use every day — at home and beyond.

Each week, parents are informed of the superpower explored and given simple ways to support and practise it at home, helping turn each session into a daily habit rather than a one-off activity.

A weekly one-hour session with a big impact on young minds.

After the 45 minute session with MiniMe Mindfulness® enjoy a 2 hour play in the Soft Play area at Mace Playce.

There is a great space for parents to enjoy a coffee and space to work, relax or mingle with the Home Education Community.
