A structured course for Primary School - 1 x 40 minute lesson per week working through MiniMe Mindfulness® lesson plans teaching positive mindfulness and mindset superpowers.
Teachers and Teaching Assistants are present during the sessions allowing them to embed the skills and techniques within the classroom throughout the week.
A bespoke programme is put in place for each school based on time, year groups and budget.
